The Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and self-motivated, Client Experience & Marketing Coordinator to support both the in-person and online client journey from our Montreal studio.
Working closely with our founder and designer, Pilar, as well as our production assistant and community of skilled artisans, this role ensures that every touchpoint — from first inquiry to final delivery — reflects the artistry and values of our brand. In addition to providing an exceptional client experience, this person will play a vital role in communicating our story to a wider audience through marketing initiatives that enhance visibility, engagement, and community connection.
Key Focus Areas
1. Client Experience
Deliver a welcoming, informative, and memorable experience for all clients in-store and online.
Respond promptly to client inquiries through all channels, providing guidance, education, and support.
Assist clients in the boutique with product selection, fittings, and purchases, ensuring exceptional service.
Maintain the presentation, diversity, and accessibility of products in-store to reflect the brand’s values.
2. Operations
Oversee daily boutique operations, including opening and closing, merchandising, restocking, and organization.
Manage order fulfillment and shipping for all in-store and online orders.
Track and report on weekly, quarterly, and annual KPIs to ensure smooth studio performance.
Maintain accurate records for inventory, purchases, and year-end reporting.
3. Client & Vendor Communications
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, wholesale, and consignment partners.
Process in-store and online orders, coordinate with the studio team, and manage packaging and shipping.
Send updated line sheets, newsletters, and communications to wholesale and consignment clients regarding new collections.
Request and manage client reviews and testimonials, ensuring a positive and consistent brand representation.
4. Marketing
Support the promotion and storytelling of the brand through content creation, advertising, and event coordination.
Collaborate on seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
Maintain and update product descriptions, online content, and CRM data.
Create engaging social media content, newsletters, and ads, including photography and behind-the-scenes materials.
Research and coordinate cross-marketing opportunities, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.

About You

Ideal Candidate
Has 2 years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery, or a boutique creative environment, with direct client-facing experience.
Is organized and detail-oriented, confident managing orders, client communications, and operational workflows.
Brings creative instincts for marketing, storytelling, and visual content that reflect a refined, artisanal brand.
Communicates with warmth, professionalism, and emotional intelligence, building lasting relationships with clients.
Is proactive, adaptable, and collaborative, thriving in a small team where every contribution matters.
Appreciates craftsmanship and understands how to translate artistry into memorable client experiences.
Bilingual (English/French)
Skills You Need
Previous experience in retail, fine jewellery, luxury goods, or specialized customer service Strong and professional client communication skills, both in-person and online
Experience with Shopify, CRM systems, POS platforms, Canva or Photoshop
Creative sensibility and familiarity with art, design, or visual storytelling; art or design certificate, degree or equivalent is an asset.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing orders, packaging, and studio workflows.
Basic familiarity with social media, content creation, and marketing communications.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, collaborative small team environment.

Position
Type: Permanent, full-time
Location: In-person at our Montreal studio
Schedule: 4-5 days per week, Tuesday – Friday (occasional Saturday coverage)
Hours: 32-37 hours per week
Compensation: Competitive pay, based on skills and experience
